I guess it makes sense if someone is going to several doctors and getting multiple prescriptions for addictive drugs. Some people will do that and sell the drugs on the street for big profits, though obviously that is not what Rush was doing. Also, if he is already rehabed, why does he need to do it again, did he "fall off the wagon"?
