I do agree with you completely regarding Kodak. In fact, Kodak has started the implementation phase of placing Kiosks to print pictures saved on Flash memory.

On the other hand, SNDK began its investment in this process around the 2000 time frame. Since I really haven't heard much about this from SNDK, one may *assume* that may not be the "strategy" to pursue.

Agreed. (I think this may be a first <ggg>)

Quality of management is definitely a very important, but difficult characteristic to evaluate. The industry, also, is important, too. Buffett learned that even if he had a great management team in place, a great management team cannot overcome dynamics in a poorly performing industry.
