FWIW, open interest update: Feb futures closed 8K contracts, to be 149K on Thursday, BUT aggregate open interest rose 8K contracts to 285K. Almost 14Knew contracts in the April futures, all Febs rolling over plus 6K new ones. Pressure mounting for the Aprils, IMO bullish POG price pressure ahs been delayed for 2 months (again). Lease rates flat 0.027%. IMO means decision by short commercials to intervene has been postponed to te next contract. All in all, still record high open interest, but the situation still is under control. Keeping my bullish bias for the next contract. $450 here we come. mu 2 cents.
