Schafe -- I was thinking the same thing myself !!! Harbinger had to get a court order to force a shareholders meeting to vote on the board of directors. This meeting had to be on or before November 11. Thus, I think the board delayed the meeting to the final date to attempt some type of turnaround or positive forward looking statements. Read the annual report and the qualifiations of the guys on the board. I'm not impressed, and less impressed by the appearance of the baord being an "old boys network" in my opinion. Most of these guys are from Des Moines Iowa -- just a coincidence ? Either way, I think these developments are good for the company. I'll be reviewing the next quarterly report very carefully. I'll be on vacation until September 1 -- so here's hoping there is positive news waiting for me when I get back !!!! Good Luck to all !
