Are you telling me that the reason for the burkha or chador, or chaddar, in the ME is as a protection from wind and rain? Has anyone explained this to the Taliban?

BTW, if you put chaddar into google, you get a query about whether you're looking for cheese and 1880 hits, but if you put chador in, you get 24,500 hits, so you'll have to forgive me for my confusion.
