I like the way you say it, I like the way you say it.

I agree with you that meat-eating is a very addictive habit. Thirty years ago it was much more difficult to become a vegetarian, but even now, with all the products and awareness of cooking methods to do so, the task remains prohibitive for many.

I have been told that it takes fifteen years or so to slowly become a vegetarian if you did not grow up in a culture that practiced that.

From my own experience, I would agree with that.
