We here in Fla. have spent a bundle to go with touch screen machines after everyone bitched about our paper machines. Meanwhile, we learn 28 states still using the punch cards and to top it off, now you want us to add a paper trail. OK, we probably are willing to even do that, BUT there just isnt time for it to be done in this primary election, MAYBE by November, but its a big deal and it costs something like $1,500 A MACHINE and we have thousands of them. When is enough enough and why not work on prosecuting voter fraud instead of bugging us to spend more money. jdn
