I understand what you are saying ...but a whole lot of people don't think its wise to daytrade futures either.;-) Actually the ProFunds family is meant for short term trading...they are set up to accomodate short term traders. I agree one should not attempt to day trade "regular" mutual funds.Profunds and Rydex families are different animals. You are missing the point of what I am trying to do here. This is an experiment in EOD trading for people who are unable to monitor the market all day...or who don't want to. I agree...this will be an extreme challenge.Perhaps impossible. But give me some credit for trying. Its an experiment...lets have some fun with it and see what happens.If it ends up being a lesson in what not to do...well that will be an important lesson for us all as well. If I can tame these leveraged funds...I will be the first I know of who has.Thats my challenge. I appreciate your opinion.
