I seriously doubt the veracity of that statement. If this
were true, all Saddam needed to do was to provide
conclusive evidence of this & then comply with every other
aspect of the Cease Fire Agreement.

Saddam still employed a massive campaign of denial &
deception. He also violated every other significant
requirement of the Gulf War Cease Fire Agreement & all
ensuiong UN Resolutions. These are irrefutable facts.

Removal of Saddam's regime was not based solely on
stockpiles of WMD's. When you can accept this simple fact,
you will have no basis for your own denial & deception
campaign of facts & reality about Saddam's justified
removal.
