No, its an open "secret" - I have never aligned myself with a Party-line. It's all those new people wanting guns that worry me because now, people are shooting anyone and anything: there are people who use them way too freely and seemingly without restraint. BTW, Neocons are silent on 2nd Amendment because they want to increase THEIR authority, and not that of the citizen, which rightly or wrongly gun ownership accomplishes in spades.

Accordingly, the U.S. believes that it has a unlimited right to WMD and WE get to approve any new members of the Big Gun Club. In fact, we want certain recent members to leave the Club forever because we don't like the way they would use their Guns.

Truthfully, the presence of any WMD's by ANYONE, including the U.S. undermines EVERYONE's safety - even if ONLY the U.S. had them. We should always be engaged with our neighbor nations in reducing the WORLD supply of WMD's, even when they are ours. We aren't engaged anymore, we are warring. The availability of WMDs make them more likely to be used on someone by someone, probably with US as one of the "someone"s. When they are first used, it won't matter a lot to those who died who shot the first shot. Those that survive might care and knowing humanity, would fight over it for centuries.
