OPTV 3.33 close- did get a chance to read that MOT filed a 13g showing it reduced its stake. Didn't say when it did, only that it went from over 13% to under 5% sometime between 12/2001 and date of filing. Did nothing but provide a great buy op. The news was absolutely meaningless. If they sold on the open mkt, it's actually pretty positive, as it eliminates a seller. MOT sold a number of other stocks as well-probably to grab some gains or focus on other activity. This news appears completely unrelated to OPTV and should not have affected the price late day yesterday. Look for very quick bounce next week to 3.75+
