Here in Hippy Town, there are numerous opprotunities for shopping and dining out on vegetarian cuisine....

You remind me of my hitchiking days when the roadstops had nothing vegetarian, except, as you say, baked potatoes and a iceberg lettuce salad...the baked potato came with 8 ounces of sour cream and half a stick of butter.

Good thing for the Indian and Chinese restaurants...the Vietnamese had not come in any significant numbers back then.
