Once again, you are making little sense.......the filibuster is intended to prevent a vote! True, but if the Congress can't bring itself to vote on the subject (advise and consent), then they are not fulfilling their constitutional duty. Face it. They are screwing the system and you know it. The Constitution does not provide for a super-majority, and at the same time it requires them to provide some kind of answer. Brian
