WJ Communications prices 2 million share offer biz.yahoo.com WJ Communications prices 2 million share offer Friday January 23, 11:40 am ET LOS ANGELES, Jan 23 (Reuters) - WJ Communications Inc. (NasdaqNM:WJCI - News), a designer of chips for telecommunications, on Friday said it has priced an offering of 2 million shares of stock at $5.75 a share. San Jose, California-based WJ said the offering will result in gross proceeds to the company of $11.5 million. WJ also said certain shareholders, including its controlling stockholder Fox Paine Capital Fund L.P., will offer 10.6 million shares of currently outstanding common stock in the underwritten public offering at the same price.
