First of all, when was the last time we formally declared war?

Second, why do you think everyone has to serve in Iraq, but not everyone needed to serve in Afghanistan or Kosovo?

Third, if it's every citizen's responsibility to defend his or her country, then what do you think about people's right to bear arms?
