Bay great surveillance - The fundamentals justify a $4 + price and with a listing on NAZ, we have a whole new audience. Companies without solid sales and rising earnings are starting to get huge enterprise values. I wouldn't be surprised to see the stock range to $8, particularly if there is a take over. I believe the poison pill was not put there randomly. It's solely a matter of good jobs for management. If they get them, TVIN gets taken over. Even at $8, the price would be accretive to a large defense company.
