I'm a veggy living in the midwest... iceberg & potatoes are still the norm outside of college towns. My dream is to one day start a vegan fast food franchise -g-. Imagine being able to find quality simple food with real nutrition (like some protein) at a reasonable price, at a franchise you can trust. It is my belief that vegetarian diet is a simple way that we as individuals can counter some of the enviro-destructive trends taking place in the world today. (end of rant)
