But I fully agree with you, New Europe is emerging indeed, that is, Germany with over 2.5 million Turks and other non-European minorities, Britain and her Commonwealth minorities, and France with over 5 million Muslims:

Whereas Old Europe --that is, Poland, the Czech Republic, and other backward Eastern European countries-- has still troubles to move ahead and adapt to the modern, multiracial world... Do you realize that people living in remote boondocks in Transmoldavia or Bielosylvania have never seen a black guy!!! Their whole worldview has been frozen for 50 years, under the Soviet yoke.... You're right to call it "Old Europe".
