the filibuster is a legitimate practice used in the Senate. You really don't understand this, do you? I thought you were just stuck on the politics, but I've actually concluded you just don't understand how this works. THE CONSTITUTION DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR A SUPERMAJORITY REQUIREMENT ON THE ADVISE & CONSENT FUNCTION.
