Since RB will be shutting down soon here another try to re-activate this board. Maybe some of the RB posters will join it?

For potential new investors here some basics about TLS:

The company's website: i-tls.com
There you will find all the information you can get about its business.

Additionally there are appr. 27,000,000 shares outstanding and as far as I know the free float is below 6 mio shares.

Because of the tough market environment in 2002 the company has seen a 40% decrease in revenues compared to 2001. In 2003 the company has stabilized its revenues and obviously during the last quarters it became profitable again. The base of thus review are more than $ 4 mio appr. in revenues generated in 2001.

As you can read on the company's website in 2004 TLS plans to re-activate its activities to get re-listed. It also plans to expand its business using different ways.

As long as I am invested in TLS I mostly was disappointed about the company's IR. There is some hope now to see an improvement in that area for 2004. Why? Because the company obviously plans to raise some funds but it cant do it right now because of the low stock price. There are some signs that the board of TLS did understand now that it need a fair market value first to raise capital. This the company only can reach if the investors community support it.

So let's see and wait for another while. Above all at the current stock price (.01)TLS should be a buy.
