I guess I wasn't as precise as I might have been.... I meant to imply that the 9mm shares would be replaced by the shares issued to the cigar company. Since the total shares was around 18.5mm, the dilution, if any, would appear to be minimal. Once again, just a guess... don't know what price per share was used or the total cost of the deal. What's going on on AOL?
