Brian, this snippet of news from WSJ is germaine: "HEARD ON THE STREET from The Wall Street Journal. One of Wall Street's biggest bears couldn't escape last year's bull market without being mauled. And the 35.6% stumble experienced by David Rocker's hedge fund underscores the difficulty these days facing short sellers." online.wsj.com It shows how difficult it is to mentally overcome a bearish prejudice. That goes for bullish, too. We have all seen people come forth with reasons why the decline in their stock is just temporary - the FA still looks great. All the while the decline continued.
