I don't know where you are trying to get to with this question. I can answer your question in an obvious manner. Indians are finding jobs in those areas and much more in their country. They have very good high tech education, they are a nuclear power with their own scientists conducting nuclear research, the current Indian President is an accomplished nuclear scientist and the father of India's nuclear industry.

It is the American companies who are taking jobs to India. If those Indians were not adept at their job, if their education system was not all that good and the business owners taking their jobs there feel that they are getting value (the right quality work output for the price they charge) for their investment.
