more than 10 percent of Britain's 1.5 million Muslims believed that further attacks by al Qaeda on the United States would be legitimate, and 8 percent supported such attacks against Britain. More than half of those polled refused to accept al Qaeda's guilt in the 9/11 attacks This is one example of cognitive dissonance that really makes me scratch my head and go WTF. A segment of the muslim population will say "yes, Islam says kill them, it is right" and in the next breath will say that muslims aren't responsible for 9/11 because "Islam is a religion of peace, muslims would never do such a thing."
