Chuck, a good article. What caught my eye is the fact that "Google was not being used from Morocco to the border of India. No a single light." This goes to show that the Arab countries are not that tech savvy and hence have a very backward lifestyle.

Now let us take the case of India. India is the second largest Muslim country. In spite of that we do not hear of Islamic terrorism in India. The terrorists tried to enter India. They bombed the Indian Parliament building etc. But they were soon put down by the very Muslims who continue to serve in the Indian army, the Indian police and Indian intelligence agencies. So it is certainly not the religion that produces violent tendencies. It is the economic situation. Neighboring Pakistan, the hub of Madrassas, is twice as poor as India. The Arab countries do not have a good education system. They let the ethics of the bedouin lifestyle to dominate them. In such a lifestyle, might is right. That should explain the monarchies that are in place and it is unlike the British monarchy where it is a figurehead.

But surely, it is not the Islam religion.
