The signal to go short is counter to the larger trend...making a one day trade seems prudent to me. I just don't see anything wrong with it...its in line with what I am trying to accomplish. As for futures, there is no need to compare. I realize there are better ways of doing this. That misses the point. The experiment is to see what we can do within the confines of EOD trading, which many people are confined to. I hope that makes things clear for you...perhaps we just disagree.
