hi tc.. no, right clicking on the icons doesn't offer the show picture option... i did go back and restore default settings (after reading that a recent msft security update may cause problems with image loading) and i went back to the page i was having the problem with and all of the images loaded... however... i'm still unable to download the flash macromedia file, when i hit the link for the download the animation does not appear, just the box with the multicolor icons (btw, is there a specific name for that particular icon?) macromedia.com
