Dean's last gasp negative campaign won't work.
Though it is true Kerry regrets his 1991 vote, he has a long distinguished record in foreign and military affairs and 95% of it he can proudly stand on.

Dean has many decisions he'd like to take back just in the past few weeks. Kerry has very few and they're all quite long ago. As for the 2003 war, the public still backs it per all the polls, though Dems especially dont like the way we were lied to. The Senate was also lied to of course. Dean also supported the Biden-Lugar bill which wwas similar to the Iraq War vote.
