When will realmoney.com come clean?

We have seen the competitior cbsmarket.com reel after Thom "the pimp" Calandra resigned amidst inquiry by the SEC. Calandra was allowed to own stocks he covered as long as he disclosed his holdings to readers.

Just what is the policy at realmoney.com for the traders that write such as Doug Kass, Rev. Shark, etc.

Are they allowed to sell immedately after they pumped a stock? CBSmarket watch had a company policy that prohibits its journalists from buying or selling shares of a company when they know a story about it is going to be published, and for 48 hours after its publication. Realmoney.com is slient other than the Action Alert in which Cramer follows some rules of holding.

Are they required to disclose the sell or covering of any position they advocate in their writings? Some writers like Hal Uy mention their positions when buying and selling. Many just say they bought/shorted and never use a followup.

I doubt that Cramer/Realmoney has access to any traders positions for verification of a person honesty in not frontrunning. Very few traders post a price they enter like many on SI do. This is gives the impression that many are skillfull traders, but none of Cramer's prodigies made the Hulbert list with there unverifiable performance.

C'mon Cramer, clean up the site or the SEC will be knocking on one of your traders door soon.
