JF, see my edit. Apparently Soros himself is not immune to criticisms of imposing his values on the rest of the world. An interesting theory is coming about: Soros is peeved that Bush is taking the maverick approach toward world policy. That criticism by itself has some merit, but it doesn't justify HRW's double-standard on human rights and war criminals. The latter could be attributed to Soros' influence on the organization.
