Good one. Definitely the war on drugs.

I used to switch over to Cops when Monday Night Football took a commercial break. The frenzy over drug busts was impressive. Depending on your point view, it was either inspiring or terrifying. But one could't be neutral about the passion with which the cops would pursue even the smallest hint of drugs or their glee in finding some and taking a bsd guy off the streets.
