hello Chance - I'd doubt it (re: buyout) simply from the observation of the stk perf. Any co who is remotely rumored (sorry about the redundancy <G>) should not ve to retest the recent lo (xcluding the Apr mkt downturn.) Personally, not being an arbitrageur, I ve seldom looked at the takeover angle (clueless investing is bad enough for me - thank you very much <G>)

Btw, who led you believing that there is a deal in the works (just curious.)
