Why couldn't it be a bank, after deregulation? Also, you're right that Hilbert makes about $15 million to $20 million a year under that package. But, that might be offset be a huge buyout on the millions of shares he owns. You have great insight. Appreciate your views. If you're right on 65 by 98, that makes CNC leaps a bargain. Also, Investor relations didn't think any 4 million was started quite yet, but she may not be on the know. My guess is that they have bought, because I don't think Hilbert would be talking the stock up before the insiders purchases. That wouldn't have been nice would it! Thanks. Mark
