Our hangout was in a friend's bomb shelter. It was in the Los Angeles basin about dead center in the middle of the aerospace community. If the location wasn't so absurd, it would have been funny. Looked pretty good with a fish tank, some posters and some fabric hung from the ceiling. Good place to make out with girls and play cards when the ladies weren't there. You wonder how much Hearts you could play while waiting for the outside to cool down. Nah, I'm thinking vapor would be a better way to free my spirit after the Big 'Un than to spend eternity in a hole. There was a big steel hatch. I wonder how you get out if there is a blast and a car is sitting on top of the hatch? I guess you don't.
