Cut where? There is NO cut priced in in the USA.
There is no cut priced in in Europe.
There is a cut priced in for canada.

No way the FED cuts on Wednesday but a cut is not priced in either. As for Euroland that dec is something like Feb 6.

Lots of time between now and then and I do expect a bias change from them.
