"Work" is accomplishing something of value.

Whether or not you personally "enjoy" the process
of accomplishment, it is still "work" if you have
indeed accomplished something of value.

Your playing golf does not accomplish anything
of value, thus it is not "work" (unless you are
a PGA pro who plays golf so well that
people/advertisers are willing to PAY to
watch you play golf).
