Kerry is clueless when it comes to foreign and military matters (especially given his background) and has shown it with his two clueless votes in 1991 against the UN liberation of Kuwait and 2002 by voting with Bush. That was the WRONG decision as it was the YES votes that Bush used to take us into war and the Democrats who went along with him, went along like nice Bush poodles. All the other BS about conditions are just that. Pure BS. Kerry gave Bush the OK and Bush took it. Plain and simple. You can sugar coated all you want but that's the facts. Kerry has proven both in 1991 and 2002 that he is incapable of making good decisions with good judgement in foreign and military matters. If he is the last candidate standing I will vote for him instead of that POS Bush but don't freaking trying to convince me that Kerry has shown good judgement in foreign and military matters. He is as clueless as they come..
