Yep. Daddy didn't have the guts. And 43 made sure that wouldn't happen to him. That whole crowd around 41 were gutless.

And Powell, unfortunately, was at the front of the gutless parade. Wanted to "blockade" it. Hats off to Cheney and the left hook.
