Well said.

I would add one thing to the mix though regarding the cycle extending to 2007. I too see a longer cycle this time around, but one that may be pulled in once executives start seeing money being made and are no longer reluctant(as they are now) to spend money. Greed will in the end shorten the cycle I think. I am only predicting this based on human behavior which is all too consistent in this regard.
