I think they should have told us that the jury found in favor of ADP in June.
----QDRX had to turn over possession of the machine on July 7 and was ordered to pay 150k (The court has not entered this damage verdict, pending completion of the second phase of the suit which is limited to Power Stick's claims of patent infringement against the Co. The Co believes that it has meritorious defenses to such claims. The plaintiff has not taken any further action with respect to pursuing its claims---.
But litigation and restructuring costs in the 1997 q2 were $1,270,000 while in the 1996 second quarter such expenses were not present.
Victor only contributed from May 7 to June 30. For the 6 months Gross Profit was $634,113 at Victor, ($617,186) at Quadrax,$16,927 combined.
Hopefully, the worst is behind us.
