I have been following your comments on the euro for a while. I don't really know much about the market you are trading in. It's just that in the UK, all I hear about is potential rate increases on the UK pound. A rate decrease on the euro looks implausible from that perspective.

Europe is screaming about the strength of the Euro. Screaming will get them nowhere. If they want to do something about it they will have to cut. The UK can do what it wants to do an atht will not affect the decsion in Euroland IMO. At any rate, Euribor HIKES are priced in which I think is insane.

I win if nothing happens, and I win HUGE if Europe cuts. I believe they cut but I win as long as they do not hike. Since thay are bitching about the exchange rate, no way in hell do they hike, especially since their economies are near recessions. Add it all up and you get a cut.
