so you consider yourself to be better expert on economy and world politics than white house stuff and mostly of americans - a bit presumptuous, don't you think.
Sure its presumptuous, but lets look at the facts.
In the fall, the first 7% GDP comes out... people like me immediately know it is bogus based on real world experience with offshoring. Larry Kudlow and white house staffers on K&C like that Mankew guy openly predict a **BARNBURNER** retail season in xmas 03 and massive job growth in 04.
A few mos go by, and rather than concluding that these results are being interpreted incorrectly (based on the fact that none of their predictions have come to pass)- they instead choose to believe that job growth has instead shifted to "household employment" voluntarily in 03, and these same people predict 200K-300K job growth in December, even though BBY,TGT,WMT all have warned!!
A month passes and we get 1K job growth in december 03. No comment from the Kudlow supply siders. Who can blame them, I'd be embarrassed too.
I'll tell you what, I know that when you right wingers read my posts you secretly know that I am right. You don't want to admit it, but you know it. All the facts add up, we've got a problem. The US is becoming a labor broker and a market with no value add just like when IBM was selling a PC that was really made by Intel and Microsoft. And we all know what happened to the IBM PC. |
