To the best of my knowledge Norway still has a lot of blocks to open up for exploration. The kicker is that these blocks, if they hold finds, are going to be a lot more expensive to develop than most of the previous. Deeper water/harsher environments.

Norway also has a lot of gas, something UK is short(er) of.
