Al, I saw the man in an interview just two days ago...he was not hiding his background as a war protester one iota.

Did he answer to the fact that he threw someone else's medals over the fence of the U.S. Capitol?

Did he answer to the fact that he wrote the book entitled The New Soldier with a picture of an upside-down flag on the cover?

This man volunteered for service in a war our sitting president hid from. That's the difference you should be highlighting,

Oh please, Kerry is highlighting that difference every day, all in an effort to shore up a weak spot among Democrats: their stance on the war on terrorism. Of course, he voted against Gulf War I, which he won't explain away, and he voted for Gulf War II, with the subsequent flip-flop that he can't explain away.

I repeat: The only thing genuine about Kerry is his Vietnam service. No surprise that you continue to fall back on it, because there isn't anything else about this guy to defend.
