Hi Ann,

I posted the following on another thread:

I am becoming more and more convinced that the best ticket to beat Bush will be Dean/Clark.. Dean will be a strong selling point to the liberals for overall domestic and international policy, while Clark will be attractive to more hawkish interests as a strong defender of the American way . Dean is also strong and will keep a VP military man in check if any wayward thoughts might arise. <g>. And Clark being the good soldier, he is, will know is right place.

And listening to both Dean and Clark tonight, they are the only ones that mentioned the unnecessary and TRAGIC war in Iraq. I didn't hear a peep out of Kerry about it.. And the war is a big thing besides with the majority of voting Democrats a large part of heartland America, where many old line real conservatives can be found..

Besides, I don't think Kerry, the patrician, consummate insider, skull n' bones, politician will sell well with the "red states". But the best two outsiders will, both with a social conscience and both tough..

My best call to beat Bush.. Dean/Clark
