Are you sure Arabs and Muslims are still gung-ho about travelling to the US? As for your "brain pools" in Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, China and India) don't bank on it: China is becoming an ever more powerful magnet for Indian computer geeks, Japanese engineers, etc. So, who's left? European graduates, including Russia's rocket scientists on the loose.... and wetbacks. Gus
