Kemble...needed a battery for my Dell notebook yesterday. I always get a "refurbished" one since they are about half the price of a new one and work just as well. Only difference is refurbished carries a 90-day warranty. I was connected with a guy with a foreign accent. I asked if he was in India and he seemed a bit sensitive to my question and said, "No, I'm in the Philipines." He then wanted to know how he sounded. Told him that he was very clear (of course, I fudged a bit!). Got an email today that it has already shipped so I should have it next week. I almost cancelled the order since I was a little concerned about the guy's language problem but looks like it worked out just fine. --Bill
