Hi, Paul Johnson here, writing you from Little Rock after a long and exciting Tuesday night in New Hampshire. Nearly 200,000 votes were cast in last night's "First In the Nation" primary. The voters of New Hampshire have launched Wes Clark into the battleground states ahead. In fact, he's already beginning his “True Values Tour” this morning that will have him campaigning in Arizona, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and South Carolina in the coming days.
With your help today, we're moving out of the back yards of Senator Kerry and Governor Dean and into the front yards of America!
Join us today!
Over 2 million votes will be cast next Tuesday. The diverse voices of America will, at last, be heard -- the voices of mothers and fathers, veterans and seniors, Hispanics, African Americans, Native Americans -- citizens everywhere, looking for new leadership and a new direction.
We've been focused on February 3rd since the very start of this campaign. It is our next test -- and I assure you, we are ready! With your help, your hard work, and your continued support, we will show the strength of our national campaign when it matters most -- just seven days from now.
But to win, Wes Clark needs you.
Today I'm sending nearly half of our campaign staff out to the states. They are charged with reinforcing the strong state organizations you've helped build. We're coming to stand with you on the front lines.
Please stand with Wes Clark today and help defeat George Bush. Pledge your support, sign up to volunteer in the week ahead, and continue the fight... because Wes Clark is just getting started.
Support Clark for President today!
Our campaign is in your hands.
Sincerely,
Paul Johnson Campaign Manager Clark for President |
