Mohan: Thank you so much. My reference to treasury shares was dumb, as well as my failure to see that the successful bid, not the mere right to bid, is what Tracer buys. I assume that the right to bid is nevertheless restricted to certain parties in the first instance, probably favorites of the Indonesian gov't who are not in the oil business? That could mean that "the fix is in" and that Tracer is going to get the deal? A sweetheart deal, maybe? Am I being too cynical? At any rate, thanks again for the info. Geneat.
