Interesting notion.

I hope the prospective plaintiff has plenty
of money to put where her mouth is.

I daresay no one would touch the case
on a contingency fee basis.

It can be pretty expensive to mount
such a suit to make a point.

The odds of success for such a plaintiff
would probably be stated by Carl Sagan as
"billions and billions" to one.<g>
